Key Processes
Trimanos encompasses four key processes, all vital to the Sponsor's interest:
Design, safe execution and cost-effective oversight of trials - for sponsors
GCP compliance and efficient, safe implementation of protocols - for sites
Recruitment, informed consent and safety - for patients and subjects
Transparency for key stakeholders - families, regulators, the media
Restoring Trust
Trimanos enables all participants and stakeholders - sponsors, Contract Research Organisations (CROs), sites, and subjects - to collaborate, within a secure, virtual community of interest. This creates the basis of trust which Trimanos believes is vital in the conduct of clinical research.
Trust has been severely eroded in recent years both in the conduct of the process of research, and in its outcomes. Trimanos aims to restore that trust by combining the quality of the operational tools it can offer with the quality of the values it brings.
In Practice
Our highly experienced team can assist you from the point you have decided to conduct a trial to the close out meeting with the site. Medical Directors and CRAs can use Trimanos in the design of documentation and SOPs, in selection, screening and recruitment of sites, through the oversight of key onsite processes, such as patient recruitment and completion of case report forms. You can use Trimanos securely over the internet, or on intranets - for example for remote data entry, remote site monitoring or for query resolution and data verification.
A good point to introduce Trimanos is the Investigator Meeting since Trimanos is designed to promote a sense of "virtual" community among all participants in the trial process. It can be used to educate, and even train, investigative staff, such as in GCP compliance, or in issues concerning the therapeutic objectives of the trial. It can assist in meeting the expectations of regulators that staff be adequately trained and qualified for their jobs.
